1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
After processing, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.
After that, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was received.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

9. My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@driplure.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We'll review your request and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update the shipping address.
11. Are my payments secure?
Yes.
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways using industry-standard SSL technology.
We do not store your full payment card information.
