Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

What currency are prices listed in? All prices on our site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Because we process orders quickly, please contact support@driplure.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can't guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Shipping

Where do you ship? We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 1 business day, and transit typically takes 2–4 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

Is shipping free? Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

What is your order cut-off time? Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window? You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Is there a restocking fee? No, we do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

What items can't be returned? Clearance and final sale items, personal care and hygiene items (including underwear and socks), custom-made or personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
